Having trained Weapon Upgrades to 4 to allow use of a Web on my Rifter, I happily logged on, opened the fittings panel and clicked the “Put Online” button.

10 days to train Weapon Upgrades 5 for the right amount, too :(

It’s kind of amazing how big a difference there is between what you can fit before and after training appropriate skills. Personally, I find Weapon Upgrades 5 is worth it just so you can train Advanced Weapon Upgrades to 4, because that will seriously help you out in the powergrid department. Granted, for Minmatar it’s less important, but it’s essential for Amarr ships, and very nice for Gallente.
